All KittClub items are made to order. This means your item is specially created after your purchase is placed. Because each piece is made just for you, production takes place before shipping and certain return and cancellation restrictions apply.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled because it is custom made.
